DESCRIPTION:"The AI Will See You Now"\n \n \n \n What does it
take to turn a sketch on a napkin into technology
that saves people's sight? This talk follows that
path\, from a simple idea to a commercial product
now helping protect vision for people with wet mac

the University of Utah\, where data and artificial

It is about a partnership. AI does what it does be

ulting for several start-ups and commercializing h
ealth analytics through patent filings and spin-ou

courses aimed at enabling biomedical idea generato
rs to take their ideas to market.  \n \n \n \n He
joined the research faculty at the John A. Moran E
 ye Center (https://healthcare.utah.edu/moran/) in
2024 and continues teaching activities within the
University of Utah Biomedical Engineering BioInnov
 ate Program (https://www.bme.utah.edu/graduate-pro
