The new academic year has started and the Price College of Engineering has a new dean, Dr. Charles Musgrave, and the Utah Chapter of ARCS Foundation, Inc. has new ARCS Scholars:

For our October event we'd like to meet informally with our new COE scholars and welcome them to the ARCS family. We will meet at 1:00 p.m. in the COE Board Room in the Warnock Engineering Building at 72 Central Campus Dr, Salt Lake City, UT 84112. From 1:00 to 1:30 we will purchase lunch at the Cafe located across the Atrium in the building (the chapter will pay for student lunches) and gather in the board room. If you are not joining us for lunch, plan to meet in the board room by 1:30 p.m. We will introduce the new scholars and have an opportunity to visit with them informally. I hope you all will plan to attend to give our new scholars a warm welcome.
Also, please mark your calendar for our November event. We will hear from Ramesh Goel on "Fighting Forever Chemicals". The event will be held on November 12, at noon in the Warnock Engineering Building Board Room.
