Jadie Adams (Utah ARCS Scholar 2019-2020) has been developing Bayesian models for quantifying uncertainty in predicting shape statistics from medical CT and MRI scans. She presented at the School of Computing prospective student poster session and is working on submitting her work to be published in the Medical Image Computing and Computer Assisted Intervention (MICCAI) workshops. In addition, she completed and presented a mesh-based femur use case for the Scientific Computing and Imaging Institutes staistical shape modeling software, Shapeworks.
