The 2014 Utah State Employees' Charitable Fund Drive has choosen ARCS Foundaion Utah as one of the featured charities.  The Charitable Fund Drive runs from Tuesday, October 1, 2013 through November 1, 2013 and provides a way for Utah state employees to donate to selected charities using payroll deductions or cash donations.
